The ARA Property Services division is expanding its range of cleaning and maintenance capabilities. As of 1 February 2018, ARA acquired 100% of Complex Solutions, a professional cleaning company led by Ash Jones. Now in its 20th year of operation, Complex Solutions is well-established in the provision of cleaning services, property maintenance and healthcare cleaning solutions across a diverse clientele in the Sydney Metro area.
Both parties are looking forward to the range of opportunities made possible by the acquisition, especially when it comes to expanding the capabilities of ARA Property Services to include healthcare cleaning and food manufacturing cleaning.
The addition of Complex Solutions will also consolidate the existing offerings of ARA Property Services in terms of property maintenance, 24/7 rapid response, and commercial cleaning; a sector in which Complex Solutions have been gaining momentum and significant clients, such as CBRE and JLL. Complex Solutions also joins ARA with prominent clients in the healthcare sector, such as Ramsay Healthcare and the Sydney Adventist Hospital, given their excellent and experienced provision of cleaning services that are fully compliant with all WHS, Insurance and Department of Health standards.

The ARA Property Service division was strategically created in May 2017, through the acquisition of Melbourne-based CMC Services, to complement ARA’s essential services divisions with cleaning and property maintenance services. Given the organic growth of the company, and some strategic acquisitions, ARA is set to achieve sales in excess of $460 million this financial year.
