Career Opportunities
Successful candidates will be given the opportunity for full-time employment with ARA upon graduation. Additional training and development opportunities will be available to enable you to specialise in your preferred area of interest.
Learning Development areas
As an ARA apprentice, you will develop your technical skills through classroom learning as well as practical workshops to enable you to apply what you have learned in theory to real-life scenarios.
The technical skills you will develop include inspecting equipment, installing wiring systems and repairing malfunctions to name a few. You will also learn and develop the communication skills needed to engage with your supervisor and team to increase your confidence and contribute to problem-solving and report writing.
