The 2026 ARA Wiimali Awards brought together colleagues, partners and community to recognise the people and contributions that continue to shape the Wiimali program and strengthen reconciliation across ARA. The event was a powerful reflection of community, culture and shared purpose.

The awards are an expression of ARA’s commitment to its Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), celebrating the achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees and partners who are helping create meaningful, lasting impact and legacy.
At its heart, the Wiimali program exists to create opportunity, support and foster long-term success for Indigenous employees. It recognises that growth at work is deeply connected to culture, community and connection beyond the workplace.
