Thank you for supporting the fourth ARA Endowment Fund Gala.


Your generosity helps make a meaningful difference, and we’re delighted to offer a range of exclusive auction items and experiences for you to bid on.
Bidders are encouraged to review item details carefully before placing a bid. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for all participants.

General Terms and Conditions
  1. Silent auction bidding closes at 10pm on Friday 24th October.
  2. All images displayed are for illustrative purposes only.
  3. The organiser is not responsible for any changes in availability, expiry, or terms of use imposed by third-party providers.
  4. Bidders are encouraged to review item details carefully before placing a bid. All items in this auction are offered in good faith and are described to the best of the organiser’s knowledge
  5. All donations must be made to Helping Hands on the night of the auction, Friday 24th October 2025, unless otherwise arranged.
  6. ARA is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use, redemption, or possession of auction items. All item can be collected at the close of the silent auction on Friday 24 October 10pm, unless otherwise stated below. Please note lost, damaged or stolen prizes will not be replaced. 

Live Auctions – Terms and Conditions

Hyundai KONA Hybrid

Prize: Hyundai Kona MY26 SX2 V3 Kona Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) 1.6P DCT, 6-speed DCT FWD White (base model) inclusive of NSW metropolitan registration and associated on-road costs. 

Item must be claimed by 30 November 2025. To initiate collection of your item, the successful bidder must provide their contact details to the event staff on the night. The promoter’s may, at their sole and absolute discretion, substitute the prize of equal value and/or specification. Delivery will be by an EA Eagers Automotive selected dealer in Sydney. Alternative Australian state or territory delivery, registration, and vehicle model/variant are available. 

Changes to the prize may result in additional costs which will be borne by the winner (and may not carry forward any negotiated discounts on the vehicle RRP from the advertised prize pack). Vehicle delivery timeframes may vary if an alternative vehicle model/variant is selected. The winner consents to their name, photo, likeness, image, voice, recording, film and/or footage in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.

  • If the large size does not suit the winning bidder, arrangements will be made to exchange the bike for a more appropriate size through the supplier.
  • If opportune, the bidder is welcome to take the item on the night. Alternatively, collection arrangements must be finalised and the item picked up no later than Friday, 28 November 2025.
  • No refund or credit will be given if the replacement bike is of lesser value than the original.
  • Any additional cost for a larger or upgraded model will be the responsibility of the winning bidder.
Two return Business Class seats to a major European or Asian City – valued at 30k
  • Total package value is AUD $30,000. No cash alternative, refund or additional flights will be provided if the full value is not utilised.
  • Includes two (2) return business class tickets to any major European or Asian city. Both tickets must be used simultaneously to a maximum value of AUD $15,000 per person. Travel must originate from Australia and is booked with an airline of your choice.
  • Eligible tickets must be for a continuous flight itinerary departing from Australia to the selected destination. Layovers are permitted only if unavoidable.
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of auction. Extensions are not permitted.
  • Winner must contact ARA Group to initiate booking. ARA will coordinate with a licenced travel agent to arrange travel. All bookings are subject to availability and airline terms.
  • This item is limited to flights only and the following are excluded: accommodation, travel insurance, transfers, meals, and other incidentals are not included.
  • These tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the individual(s) named at the time of booking.
  • Once booked, changes may incur fees or be disallowed depending on airline policy.
  • Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the package.
  • ARA Group and the licenced travel agent are not liable for disruptions, delays, or cancellations due to external factors including but not limited to weather, airline operations, or geopolitical events.
  • Winner must comply with all travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories relevant to the destination.

Silent Auction – Terms and Conditions

Taronga Zoo Roar n Snore: This item must be redeemed by Wednesday 30th September, 2026. The tickets must be redeemed at Taronga Zoo Sydney or Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo.

10 Gold Tickets to NYE Tickets: These tickets must be redeemed on 31st December, 2025 at Taronga Zoo Sydney.

Wildlife Retreat at Taronga – Ultimate Retreat Package: This package must be redeemed by Wednesday 30th September, 2026. The package must also be redeemed at Taronga Zoo Sydney.

Sofitel SPA Darling Harbour: This voucher must be redeemed by 23 Sepember 2028. The voucher must be redeemed at Sofitel SPA Darling Harbour.

Gibson Wine: Australian Old Vine Collection – Barossa Shiraz 2018: The winning bidder must redeem the item on the night of the event. Bidders must be 18 years or older to participate in the auction and redeem this wine item. Proof of age may be required upon collection. The organisers and donors are not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Prophet Song by Paul Lynch – Signed First Edition: The winning bidder must redeem the item on the night of the event. The signature is verified as authentic to the best of the donor’s knowledge. No certificate of authenticity is included unless otherwise stated.

Unique Wholefoods voucher: This voucher must be redeemed in store by 11/2026.

Transcendental Meditation Gift Certificate for Two: These gift certificates must be redeemed by Satruday 24th October, 2026. The certificates must be redeemed according to the instructions included.

Two Tickets to all shows at NIDA Spring Season: These tickets must be redeemed by Thursday 30th October 2025. The tickets must be redeemed according to the instructions included.

Charity Ride – Outback to Oasis Ride 2026: This item must be redeemed by Saturday 28 February 2026 as an early bird booking. The following are excluded from this auction item: accommodation prior to the bike ride start date and following it’s conclusion,  flights to and from Adelaide, travel insurance, transfers, meals, and other incidentals are not included unless explicitly stated.

AFLW Sydney Swans signed Guernsey: This item will need to be delivered to the successful bidder. Delivery will take place within four weeks.
