With more than 30 years of experience in the building services industry, Edward Federman co-founded the ARA Group in 2001 with a vision to build the business through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Since 2001, Edward has helped to grow the business to employ more than 4,000 people across a diverse range of product and service divisions.
