Since joining ARA in 2006, Tony Franov has transformed ARA Security from a business with a $4 million turnover into a division generating over $90 million in revenue.

As a member of the ARA Board of Directors, Tony brings extensive experience in the security industry, having worked across various sectors including Financial, Government, Corrections, and Emergency Services.

In addition to his role in ARA Security, Tony has been managing ARA Fire since its merger with ARA Security in 2023, making it a key division within ARA.
